HSE Coordinator Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Tawasul Transport
Objective:
This role involves implementing HSE policies, conducting safety inspections, and promoting a culture of safety across all operations. The HSE Coordinator will work closely with management and staff to mitigate risks, improve workplace safety, and ensure adherence to industry standards and legal requirements.
Key Roles:
Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and facilities to identify potential safety hazards and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
Ensure full compliance with the company’s health, safety, and environmental policies.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, providing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.
Conduct HSE training programs for drivers, employees, and stakeholders to enhance safety awareness.
Coordinate emergency response plans and ensure readiness for potential hazards or accidents.
Maintain accurate records of HSE assessments, compliance reports, and corrective actions.
Supervise and manage hygiene and cleanliness standards within the taxi fleet, including oversight of car washers and their duties.
Stay informed about the company’s HSE objectives and actively contribute to their achievement.
Ensure compliance with ADOSH requirements related to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirement:
High school or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Certification in HSE management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, ADOSH) is preferred.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HSE coordination, preferably in the transportation or taxi industry.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office

Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
