Profile Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced HSE Analyst to join a leading organization in Dammam. This role blends on-field HSE expertise with strong analytical capabilities — ideal for someone who’s as comfortable auditing a site as they are building a KPI report.
What You’ll Do:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HSE data to drive workplace safety and environmental performance
- Conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, and prepare compliance reports
- Track quarterly EHS KPIs, PPE acknowledgements, and audit documentation
- Conduct formal reviews of site operations to ensure regulatory compliance
- Maintain and audit HSE databases, records, and safety statistics
- Coordinate with departments on injury prevention strategies and programs
- Deliver HSE training and support hazard analysis across site activities
- Organize and track HSE campaigns and contractor submissions
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Safety, Health, or Environmental Science
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar HSE role
- Strong command of Microsoft Office
- Fluent English (speaking, writing, reading)
- Solid understanding of local (Saudi) safety regulations and EHS compliance standards
