Role Description
The role is responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and operation of the Company’s ERP HR module, ensuring integration with the wider ERP modules such as Finance and Procurement. This job holder works closely with HR, IT, and Finance teams to ensure data integrity, system efficiency, and user experience are fit for purpose and cost efficient.
Role Accountabilities
Maintain and support the ERP (Oracle) HR module requirements gathering, testing and acceptance, implementation, and maintenance.
Continue to mature the ERP HR module, ensuring HR operations and services are automated, optimized.
Implement the HR digital transformation roadmap, driving a digital employee experience.
Collaborate with HR managers to identify and streamline processes using automation and digital transformation.
Provide training and draft awareness material and documentation to HR and employee users.
Liaise with IT and vendors on system upgrades, patches, and testing, acceptance, and roll-out.
Integrate ERP (Oracle) HR module with third-parties for seamless operations.
Frequently review data integrity by auditing, analyzing stored data – in accordance with data protection and retention policies.
Work with Cybersecurity, Legal, GRC and other assurance functions on presentation of evidence for reviews and audits, and successful completion of any recommendations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems.
2+ years of experience in HRIS administration or a related role.
Proficient in one or more HRIS platforms (e.g. Oracle, SAP).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
