An experienced HR Executive with background in accounts is required for a facilities management company in Abu Dhabi.
An HR Admin cum Accountant performs a dual role requiring skills in both human resources and accounting. Responsibilities include managing payroll, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. On the accounting side, tasks involve financial reporting, bookkeeping, and budget management.
Responsibilities
Administer employee onboarding, offboarding, and payroll processes.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
Prepare and monitor budgets and financial reports.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations in HR and accounting practices.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.
Coordinate and support recruitment processes and employee training programs.
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and accounting roles.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
