HR Training and Development for FOOD Service Distribution Jobs in Dubai at Hamdan Global
· Installation & Commissioning:
Install and commission machinery/equipment at customer sites.
Provide on-site training to operators and other relevant personnel.
· Maintenance & Repair:
Perform regular preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
Repair machinery failures by replacing defective components or conducting system adjustments.
· Technical Support:
Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers.
Assist customers in operating machinery correctly and safely, ensuring maximum productivity.
· Customer Interaction:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand and address customer needs and concerns promptly.
Offer advice and recommendations to optimize machinery performance.
· Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of service visits, maintenance activities, and repairs.
Report any recurring issues or trends to management for continuous improvement.
· Training & Development:
Keep up to date with industry trends, machinery upgrades, and new technologies.
Continuously improve technical skills through internal and external training opportunities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,800.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
