We’re Hiring: HR Team Lead – People & Culture
Location: Remote/Hybrid (Dubai–India)
Employment Type: Part-Time (with potential for a full-time opportunity in the future)
Reports To: Head of Operations

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Team Lead – People & Culture to support our growing team. This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong people management skills and experience in the payment or fintech industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience (4+ years in HR operations or people management) will also be considered.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, talent acquisition, or people management.
- Experience working in the Payment, FinTech, or Financial Services industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and the employment regulatory environment in Dubai.
- Familiarity with India or Bangladesh employment regulations is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
