We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Talent Acquisition to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting recruitment, onboarding new employees, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate the hiring process and prepare offer letters.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and orientation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Address employee queries and support other day-to-day HR operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant talent acquisition or recruitment experience in UAE.
- Experience recruiting for retail, sales, corporate, or hospitality positions is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR Management or equivalent academic qualification to carry out the role.
Pay: AED1.00 per month
