Anex Tour Tourism LLC is looking for an experienced and motivated HR Supervisor to join our growing team in Dubai. We are seeking a professional who can manage HR operations, payroll, recruitment and employee relations while ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- KEKA HRMS experience will highly preferred,
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
- Handle employee relations, leave management, and performance reviews.
- Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports.
- Support management with HR planning and process improvements.
