About the role: To assist the RPM in the management of recruitment, medical, accommodation and security maintenance activities in the region by sourcing candidates, maintaining data bank of CVs, arranging interview dates, tracking personnel requisitions, reviewing hospital contracts, issuing medical referrals, monitoring medical expenses, liaising with logistics on accommodations and ensuring security to company assets.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of supervisory experience in Human Resources or a personnel-related department.
Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
3+ years of progressive experience in HR, personnel administration, or recruitment (Preferred)
English Fluency.
Resident in Makkah.
