Recruitment&Onboarding:
Coordinateand manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidateselection ensuring alignment with Emiratizationinitiatives.
Facilitate onboardingprograms to integrate new hires effectively into theorganization.
Employee Relations:
Serveas a point of contact for employees addressing inquiries concernsand conflicts while maintainingconfidentiality.
Promote a cultureof
inclusion
engagement and wellbeing within theorganization.
HROperations:
Maintainand update employee records in the HR system ensuring accuracy andcompliance with organizational policies and UAE laborlaws.
Assist in payroll processingleave management and other administrative HRtasks.
Training&Development:
Identifytraining needs and coordinate development programs to enhanceemployee skills andcompetencies.
Support
leadership
incareer development planning for Emiratiemployees.
Performance Management:
Supportthe implementation of performance appraisal systems providingguidance and training to managers andemployees.
Assist in setting KPIsand tracking performanceoutcomes.
Compliance& Policy Implementation:
Ensurecompliance with UAE labor laws organizational policies andgovernment regulations.
Support thedevelopment and
communication
of HR policies andprocedures.
Requirements Nationality:
UAE National (Emiratizationpriority).Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield.
23 years of experience in asimilar HR role preferably within government or semigovernmentorganizations.
Strong understandingof UAE labor laws and HR bestpractices.
Proficiency in HR systemsand Microsoft Office Suite.
