Position: HR SPECIALIST- SYSTEM INTEGRATION
Job Description
The Specialist will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of employee data, organizational structure, and HR processes between the Project Management Software (PMS) and existing systems (Oracle). This role will ensure alignment between HR objectives and operational goals. The Specialist will work closely with project teams to guarantee data accuracy, reporting, and smooth HR integration throughout the implementation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in business or HR-related field
Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in HR projects focusing on system implementations
Proven experience in HR systems implementation or data management
Familiarity with Oracle HRMS and/or other HR systems
Experience in project management or system implementation projects is a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
PMP Certification & Oracle certification is mandatory
