HR Specialist | Saudi Aramco SMP

We are seeking an HR Specialist with 3+ years of experience in Human Resources to join our team in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. The role involves supporting and managing key HR functions, including recruitment, HR operations, employee development, KPI tracking, and personnel administration. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient HR processes and support organizational objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.40/4.00.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Specialist.
• Previous experience in maintenance and operations projects is preferred.
• Experience in Human Resource Development (HRD).
• Experience tracking KPIs and supporting recruitment processes.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
