HR Specialist – Performance Management,
Employee Engagement
& Events, Employee Relations We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Specialist to independently manage key HR functions, including but not limited to Performance Management, Employee Relations,
Employee Engagement
, and Events. The ideal candidate will have a
proven track record
in hospitality and/or healthcare sectors, specifically within the UAE market. If you are a multitasker with excellent organizational skills and experience supporting a large,

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the full cycle of Performance Management processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Design and implement
Employee Engagement
programs to foster a
positive work culture
and high employee morale. Organize and execute Employee Events that promote team building, values, and
employee well-being
. Collaborate with various departments to ensure HR initiatives align with overall business strategy. Provide HR support and solutions to employees and management, addressing queries and issues effectively.
Use SAPSF (preferred) to manage HR systems and data.  Requirements – Qualification, Experience &
Skills:
 Post Graduate Degree in HR from recognized University/Institute. Proven experience in corresponding role in hospitality and/or healthcare in the UAE. 4-6 years recent experience in independently managing Performance Management and
Employee Engagement
function for large organization/s. Strong
multitasking
skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in managing large,
diverse
teams and employee populations. Proficiency in SAPSF is a definite plus.
Excellent
communication
and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization. Â Candidates meeting above requirements and available to join within 1 month will be prioritized.
