Handle onboarding, performance evaluations, and personnel administration.
Provide strategic support in employee relations,

Ensure adherence to company policies, fostering a productive and

Work closely with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Proven expertise in HR management, policies, and personnel administration.
Strong recruitment skills with a focus on hiring efficiently and effectively.
Deep understanding of
employee benefits
programs and UAE labor laws.
Excellent
communication
and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle confidential matters with discretion.
Knowledge of industrial applications related to wire mesh products (preferred).
