K E A Building Contracting is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to oversee electrical works for luxury villas, residential apartments, and commercial establishments. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of electrical systems, and hands-on experience in managing site teams and ensuring project quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work at project sites.
Ensure all electrical work complies with local regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
Assign tasks and manage electricians and technicians efficiently to meet project deadlines.
Inspect electrical systems and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Maintain project progress reports and communicate updates to project managers.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and conduct risk assessments at the job site.
Coordinate with other trades (HVAC, plumbing, civil) to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman in luxury villa, residential, or commercial projects.
Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and technical documents.
Knowledge of local electrical codes and safety regulations.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues.
Experience with MEP coordination is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and ability to commute to different project sites.
