Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads and acquire corporate clients.
- Promote recruitment, staffing, and HR solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct client meetings and present HR service proposals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HR services, recruitment, or staffing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills.
- UAE experience and a valid UAE driving license are an advantage.
