About the Role
We are looking for a Tagalog-speaking HR & Recruitment Consultant with strong UAE recruitment experience to join our growing HR and recruitment business.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role covering recruitment, HR operations, and client/business development.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar positions.
• Source, screen, interview, and place candidates.
• Recruit positions ranging from nannies, babysitters and domestic staff to corporate roles.
• Manage multiple vacancies and client requirements.
HR
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Support employee relations, disciplinary matters, attendance and leave.
• Provide general HR support for a workforce of 50+ employees.
Client & Business Development
• Communicate directly with companies and clients to understand hiring requirements.
• Prepare recruitment proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
• Negotiate and manage client relationships.
• Follow up on leads and convert recruitment opportunities into business.
