HR Recruiter – Arabic speaking Jobs in Dubai at Brainstorm Human Resources Consultants
Carrying out extensive research via internet, telephone books and any other methods to identify new markets and business opportunities.
Understanding and communicating up to date information on the services offered by Avis.
Managing a sales database, ensuring all calls are logged accurately, including contact details and any follow updates or other action required.
Lead Qualification & Liaising with the appropriate sales executive to pass on potential leads, checking that the necessary contact is then made by them and any requested action taken.
Generate monthly reports such as lead reports for the management team.
Achieve individual role metrics such as calls per day, average order value, sales targets, etc.
Proactively follow up leads generated from other channels.
Work closely with the marketing team to achieve sales objectives
Negotiate commercial terms within set guidelines.
Liaise effectively with all departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing Best Practice Ideas.
