HR Recruiter Jobs in Abu Dhabi at PROPERTY SHOP INVESTMENT

The Talent Acquisition Officer is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying staffing needs to sourcing and hiring candidates. The officer will work closely with hiring managers, department heads, and HR teams to ensure the right candidates are selected and aligned with the company’s culture and values.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Sourcing:

Lead recruitment efforts across various departments and levels.
Create job descriptions and postings for open positions.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and recruitment agencies.
Utilize various tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn, to identify and engage top talent.

Screening & Interviewing:

Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers regarding candidates.

Candidate Experience:

Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to offer stage.
Address any candidate inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.

Offer & Onboarding:

Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms as needed.
Collaborate with HR to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Employer Branding:

Promote the company’s culture, mission, and values to prospective candidates.
Participate in job fairs, career events, and networking opportunities to represent the company.

Collaboration & Reporting:

Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and priorities.
Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire).
Stay updated on labor market trends, industry practices, and best recruitment strategies.

Compliance & Diversity:

Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies.
Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources in Real Estate is a plus

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
In-depth knowledge of interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and recruitment best practices.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
