Star Sand Contracting LLC is hiring an experienced HR Recruiter
We are looking for someone who can independently manage recruitment for various construction roles and support HR operations.
Position: HR Recruiter
Location: Business Bay, Dubai
Industry: Construction
Employment Type: Full‑time
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for construction positions
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records
- Support HR operations and documentation as required
- Blue collar recruitment and Bulk recruitment is experience is mandatory
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in recruitment
- Construction industry experience is mandatory
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
