We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter -RETAIL to join our team. As an HR Recruiter with a retail background, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for retail positions across various departments. Your focus will be on identifying individuals who align with our brand, values, and company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies for retail positions.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach to identify potential candidates.
Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and schedule in-person or virtual interviews. Assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Onboarding & Documentation: Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring all required documentation and background checks are completed.
Job Posting & Promotion: Write and post job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring accurate and engaging content that attracts high-quality applicants.
Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
Database Management: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate records and compliance.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the retail sector.
Reporting & Metrics: Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress and challenges to senior HR management.

Qualifications:

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a retail environment.
Knowledge: Understanding of retail operations and staffing requirements.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple job requisitions and work under pressure.
Tools: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
