Job Title: Senior HR Recruiter (Remote)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior HR Recruiter with over 7 years of proven experience in talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing top talent, and partnering with hiring managers to meet organizational hiring goals. This is a fully remote role requiring strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements
  • Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Track and report recruitment metrics and KPIs
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong experience in remote hiring and managing distributed teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with ATS systems and recruitment tools
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience hiring across multiple industries or regions
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
  • Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition is a plus
