Contexte et environnement
Context and Environment:
TEEP Ratawi Hub is an affiliate steering and implementing $10 billion investment in 4-in-1 multi-energy and multi-branch Growth Gas Integrated Project (GGIP) in Basra region of Iraq. GGIP consists of: Common Seawater Supply Project (CSSP) – to treat 5Mbwpd of seawater for water injection to oil fields, Associated Gas Upstream Project (AGUP) and Gas Mid-stream Project (GMP) – to produce 210kbopd at plateau and to supply gas to 1.5GW of power generation capacity, growing to 3GW in 2nd phase, Solar Power Plant (APP) – to supply 1GW solar electricity. The sub projects are run in parallel and are at various stages of advancement.
The role is situated in Basra.
Based on TotalEnergies’ HR strategy, policies, and procedures, the HR Partner participates in the implementation of HR operations/campaigns at the affiliate entity level within his/her scope and proposes solutions adapted to business challenges.
Activités
Roles & Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the HR Development Manager :
In accordance with the HQ’s directives, prepare, lead and coordinate all HR campaigns of the affiliate.
Prepare all the HR campaign reporting : talent review, manager review, individual career review, internal mobility, …
Analyse, synthesize and ensure daily follow-up of the population
Assist the HR Development Manager and/or HR Manager all along the HR campaigns.
Contribute / participate to the HR community within their scope on the subjects and projects
Capitalize and share feedback (REX) on the different campaigns with the goal of continuous improvement, simplification, automation, and standardization of our processes.
Conduct studies/lead specific projects at the request of the manager: Diversity, mobility, internal reorganizations,
Contribute to the preparation and consolidation of succession and training plans in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders.
Regularly organize and lead campaigns to update CVs in the company’s HRIS

Profil du candidat
Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business , or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in operational HR roles on various subjects.
Critical thinking with strong problem-solving skills, a taste for operational work
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
A good level of assertiveness
Sensitivity to intercultural issues
Service-oriented, excellent inter personal relationship skills (listening, adaptability…)
Analytical skills, responsiveness, rigor, confidentiality
Proficient in IT and microsoft office tools (Excel, PowerBI,) and a strong interest in Talent development data
