We are looking for a fresh graduate to join our HR team as an HR Operations Specialist under the Tamheer Program. The role focuses on supporting daily HR operations while gaining hands-on experience in a professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day HR operations

Maintain and update employee records and data

Assist in preparing regular HR reports

Coordinate internally on HR administrative matters

Support organizing and improving HR processes and documentation

Provide coordination and support for initiatives aimed at increasing Saudization rates
Requirements

Fresh graduate (Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field)

Eligible for Tamheer Program
