About The Team
The HR Operations team aims to build and deliver a seamless, positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. We lead with care, showing empathy, and strive to develop efficient processes, systems, policies, and programs. Our goal is to ensure employees feel heard and supported to be effective and efficient in their careers.
Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for employee queries, supporting employees and enhancing their experience by providing end-to-end HR solutions and fostering harmonious relations.
Ensure legal compliance by managing and implementing applicable HR requirements for the KSA and Africa markets, with potential extension to additional countries within METAP.
Manage employment contracts.
Design new HR policies and improve existing processes and procedures.
Support employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, off-boarding, orientation, relocation, immigration, termination, job changes, personal data updates, transfers, leave management, and benefits, including necessary documentation and employee files in accordance with local laws.
Contribute to team initiatives focused on continuous process improvement and project optimization.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Fluency in Arabic is required for communication with Arabic-speaking stakeholders.
Relevant education and experience in People Operations or Human Resources.
Strong knowledge of KSA employment laws, compliance, and market practices; additional knowledge of other countries is a plus.
Experience managing the employee lifecycle and providing comprehensive HR solutions.
Analytical skills, discretion, confidentiality, and high ethical standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Humility, flexibility, and strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
