Position: HR Operations Manager (Payroll & Compliance)
Ultimate Peaks is looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager (Payroll & Compliance) to oversee our clients’ HR functions and ensure compliance with local labor regulations. This position is vital in managing payroll processes and driving operational efficiencies while aligning HR practices with the company’s strategic goals.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in payroll management, compliance with Saudi Labor Law, and a solid understanding of HR operations in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the contracting, Qiwa, GOSI, and end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing for all employees as per assigned portfolio.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and other regulatory requirements affecting payroll and HR operations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures related to payroll and compliance.
Manage HR reporting and analytics to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with finance and external auditors to support compliance audits and reporting.
Provide leadership and guidance to the HR operations team to ensure best practices are followed in payroll processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in HR operations, payroll management, and compliance.
Deep understanding of Saudi Labor Law, payroll systems, and compliance regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
