The HR Operations & Payroll Officer is responsible to handle some tasks on payroll life cycle activities, salary and benefits administration. Handling some operations tasks that affects payroll.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Administer employee claims reimbursement, based on employee submissions.

Respond to routine employee queries on matters relating to HR Operations & Payroll.

Handling rental agencies invoices on monthly basis.

Handle employee benefits programs, including health insurance, end of service benefits and other perks.

Coordinate with benefits providers to ensure effective plan management and employee support.

Supervise issuing letters, attendance, leaves, resignations, terminations and medical insurance of all employees.

Monitor Off boarding, clearance letters, initiate all reports to Higher Ups.

Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries.

Prepare reports on monthly, weekly, and quarterly basis.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required.

3 to 5 years HR and Payroll experience in Saudi Arabia.

Must be a Saudi National
