Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Regional Operations Assistant Manager to manage key operational processes for employee lifecycle management, ensure compliance with local regulations, and maintain accurate data across governmental platforms. This role serves as a critical liaison between employees, internal teams, and local authorities, ensuring the smooth execution of HR and operational functions.

Responsibilities:

Employee Lifecycle Management:

  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitions.
  • Manage employment contracts and legal documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Administer employee data and maintain accurate SuccessFactors profiles.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and effective resolution.
  • Update and maintain employee records, including compensation and other key data points.

Medical insurance:

  • Manage employee medical insurance enrollment, updates, and cancellations, ensuring timely and accurate coverage.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable medical insurance regulations and requirements, staying informed of regulatory updates.

Offboarding:

  • Coordinate offboarding requirements, including final clearance and related employee documentation.

Governmental Platform Management:

  • Update and maintain accurate employee records and company data on Qiwa and other relevant governmental portals.
  • Act as a liaison with Saudi governmental authorities to ensure compliance with labor regulations and contractual obligations.
  • Process updates in alignment with Saudi labor laws, ensuring corporate practices adhere to regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Facilitate effective communication with cross-functional teams to address operational needs and ensure alignment.
  • Provide consultative inputs to stakeholders to optimize functional practices and drive operational efficiency.

Observations and Reporting:

  • Monitor and report operational updates and observations to senior management regularly.
  • Ensure the consistent implementation of best practices to enhance efficiency across operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 6-9 years of experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, or related fields.
  • Experience managing local compliance activities and working with Saudi governmental platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, etc.).

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Saudi labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in HR systems like SuccessFactors and governmental platforms.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A dynamic and supportive team environment focused on growth and learning.
