Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations (onboarding, contracts, attendance, payroll coordination).
- Build and maintain HR dashboards (headcount, productivity, cost per employee, turnover).
- Track and analyze performance KPIs.
- Monitor attendance, overtime, and utilization to optimize manpower efficiency.
- Coordinate with departments to align staffing with business needs.
- Maintain accurate HR data within ERP (Odoo) and ensure reporting integrity.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years in HR Operations / HR Analytics.
- Strong Excel & data analysis (mandatory).
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
KPIs:
- Workforce utilization rate.
- Cost per employee vs revenue.
- Attendance compliance.
- Reporting accuracy & timeliness.
- Support impact on sales productivity.
