About the Role

We are searching on behalf of our client for this role. This position is not with OVI.
We are looking for a hands-on HR Officer / HR Generalist to support our day-to-day people operations across our Abu Dhabi Mainland and ADGM entities at Bodytree. This is a part-time HR-focused role covering HR administration, employee lifecycle, HRIS, payroll coordination, compliance, PRO support, and employee relations. Talent acquisition is handled separately.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage core HR administration, employee records, contracts, and documentation
• Support onboarding, offboarding, probation tracking, renewals, and employee lifecycle processes
• Act as a trusted HR contact for employees and handle sensitive matters professionally
• Maintain HRIS data, leave balances, attendance records, and employee files
• Coordinate payroll inputs with Finance, including leave, salary changes, WPS, and related documentation
• Support PRO and government processes, including visas, work permits, Emirates ID, labour cards, MoHRE, and ADGM-related documentation
• Help ensure HR processes remain compliant with UAE Mainland Labour Law and ADGM Employment Regulations
• Support leadership with HR documentation, policies, employee relations, and basic compliance matters

Your Profile

• 2–5 years of HR generalist, HR officer, people operations, or HR administration experience in the UAE
• Good working knowledge of UAE Mainland Labour Law and MoHRE processes
• Exposure to ADGM Employment Regulations is a strong advantage
• Experience with HR administration, employee documentation, onboarding, offboarding, leave tracking, and employee records
• Experience supporting payroll coordination, PRO processes, visas, work permits, or related government documentation
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive employee topics with empathy and discretion
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Arabic is a strong plus
• Experience in wellness, fitness, hospitality, retail, beauty, healthcare, or other service-based businesses is a plus
