HR Officer – (Immediate Joiner – Qatar Based) Jobs in Doha at HUNDRED GROUP
We are looking for a highly capable HR Officer with solid experience in Payroll & WPS processing, Employee Relations, Disciplinary Procedures, Recruitment, and HR Operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in Qatar
- Strong hands‑on experience in WPS payroll processing
- Proven background in employee relations and handling disciplinary actions
- Full‑cycle recruitment experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong sense of integrity and confidentiality
- Must be able to start immediately
Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll and WPS submissions accurately
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling
- Implement disciplinary procedures in line with Qatar Labour Law
- Lead recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding
- Maintain HR records, policies, and compliance documentation
- Support daily HR operations and employee engagement initiatives
