Role Description

You will be the go-to person for everything people-related and work directly with the founders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the wage system end-to-end, including WPS; review and verify monthly salary calculations, deductions, and commissions before processing
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding: employment contracts, offer letters, visa and Emirates ID processing, medical insurance, and personnel files
  • Maintain accurate HR records, leave accruals, and attendance tracking
  • Design and run employee engagement activities, team events, recognition programs, and internal culture initiatives
  • Develop and update HR policies, the employee handbook, and disciplinary procedures
  • Support performance management: probation reviews, appraisals, and improvement plans
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee relations, grievances, and day-to-day queries
  • Support recruitment: job postings, screening, interview coordination, and offers

Qualifications

  • 3+ years HR experience in the UAE with solid working knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE processes, and WPS
  • Strong understanding of payroll verification, salary structures, and commission-based pay (real estate experience a plus)
  • Experience with visa processing and government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, DHA)
  • Presentable, professional, and people-oriented with excellent communication skills in English (Arabic a plus)
  • Creative and proactive mindset for building company culture and employee activities
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; CIPD/SHRM a plus
  • Salary: Competitive based on experience
