We are looking for a hands-on HR Officer to support daily HR operations in a fast-paced F&B environment. The role requires someone practical, organized, and able to deal with staff directly while maintaining discipline and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment process (posting, screening, scheduling interviews)
  • Handle onboarding and employee documentation
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR files
  • Monitor attendance, leave, and staff schedules
  • Assist in handling employee issues and day-to-day HR matters
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and company policies
  • Coordinate with management on staffing needs
  • Support performance tracking and basic HR reporting
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures

Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in HR
  • Arabic speaker (preferred)
  • Experience in UAE (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
