We are looking for a hands-on HR Officer to support daily HR operations in a fast-paced F&B environment. The role requires someone practical, organized, and able to deal with staff directly while maintaining discipline and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment process (posting, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Handle onboarding and employee documentation
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR files
- Monitor attendance, leave, and staff schedules
- Assist in handling employee issues and day-to-day HR matters
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and company policies
- Coordinate with management on staffing needs
- Support performance tracking and basic HR reporting
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in HR
- Arabic speaker (preferred)
- Experience in UAE (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
