Job Responsibilities
Prepare employee-related records and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Dolphin Energy and labor law requirements.
Initiate processing of personnel transactions such as loans, medical claims, leaves, overtime, and relocations to provide timely and accurate service.
Maintain and update employee documentation for easy retrieval and compliance.
Handle administration of employee terminations (medical, death, disciplinary, resignation) under the guidance of the HR Manager, ensuring smooth exit processes and return of company properties.
Address simple employee HR policy queries; escalate complex issues to the Policies and Procedures specialist.
Coordinate with finance regarding transactions and disbursements to update employees and clarify queries.
Assist in drafting communications related to HR policy updates.
Serve as a communication point between employees and medical service providers regarding health services.
Support the legal team with escalated employee legal issues to ensure company safeguarding.
Manage employee demobilization processes, including exit formalities, benefits calculation, exit interviews, and departures.
Maintain SAP HCM data integrity, track employee changes, prepare payroll memos, and manage personnel files.
Administer leave processes, including sick, major sick, compassionate, and additional leaves for senior staff, in coordination with Occupational Health.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field from a recognized university.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience.
Proficiency in SAP HCM & MM modules.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
