HR Manager – Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi with a salary of 900. We are open to consider applications from immigrants.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, psychology or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Manager
- In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
- Leadership skills with the ability to direct and guide staff members
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department
- Design job descriptions and coordinate job postings
- Develop policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, holiday/vacation/sick leave etc.
- Recruit staff – prepare job descriptions, review resumes and applications, conduct interviews
- Provide guidance to managers on performance management, disciplinary procedures etc.
- Oversee training programs for new hires and existing staff
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews etc.
- Maintain employee records (payroll information etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- Review employee’s work hours, vacations etc.
- Create reports on labor costs, turnover rates etc.
