Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, interviews, selection, and smooth onboarding of new employees.
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
Performance Management: Oversee performance review processes, goal-setting, and feedback mechanisms.
Training & Development: Identify skills gaps and coordinate training programs to enhance employee growth.
HR Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce company policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and best practices.
Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll, benefits, and employee rewards programs.
Visa & Compliance Management: Handle employee documentation and ensure legal compliance, like visa processing and cancellations if needed.
Workforce Planning: Collaborate with leadership to align staffing needs with business objectives.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
Experience in handling visa processes and international workforce
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
