Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Doha, Qatar. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, managing employee relations, recruitment, training, and development programs. They will also ensure compliance with labor laws, develop HR policies and procedures, and support strategic HR initiatives within the organization.
Qualifications
Experience in employee relations, recruitment, and training programs
Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational and leadership abilities
Experience in the technology or engineering industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
