Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Develop HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters.
- Oversee performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Manage payroll coordination, leave, and employee records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of HR management experience.
- Knowledge of Qatar Labor Law is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities.
