About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our growing real estate company. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the real estate industry and a proven ability to recruit, hire, and retain high-performing real estate agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full recruitment cycle for real estate agents and corporate staff.
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top-performing agents.
- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and manage the onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified real estate professionals.
- Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and HR documentation.
- Support employee engagement, training, and retention initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and recruitment reports.
Requirements:
- Must have previous HR experience in the real estate industry.
- Proven experience recruiting and hiring real estate agents is required.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, interviewing techniques, and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/recruitment systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
- Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and HR operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and build HR systems from the ground up.
- Experience building and managing recruitment pipelines.
- Knowledge of real estate licensing requirements and industry hiring practices.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are advantageous)
