Job Title: HR Manager – Talent Acquisition ( REAL ESTATE)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager with a strong background in Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment and human resource functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting top talent, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, supporting employee development, and ensuring smooth HR operations within our growing real estate organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and probation processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
- Manage employee records, HR documentation, and confidential personnel files.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Supervise payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and HR administration.
- Address employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR best practices.
- Prepare HR reports, recruitment metrics, and workforce analytics for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in the real estate industry is Required.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
