We are looking for Sales Coordinator Cum / Business analysts. Location Sharjah Ind Area 15 . Capital Kitchens Building.
# Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Administration: Manage sales-related administrative tasks, such as data entry, order processing, and document management.
2. Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials, coordinating sales meetings, and maintaining sales records.
3. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely communication to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Order Management: Coordinate order fulfillment, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
5. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, customer databases, and sales performance metrics.
6. Reporting and Analytics: Generate sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to support sales strategy and decision-making.
7. Event Planning: Coordinate sales events, conferences, and trade shows, including logistics, marketing materials, and attendee management.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Needs Assessment: Identify business needs and opportunities for improvement through stakeholder interviews, surveys, and data analysis.
2. Requirements Gathering: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops, meetings, and other techniques.
3. Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions that meet business needs, including process improvements, technology solutions, and organizational changes.
4. Business Case Development: Develop business cases to support proposed solutions, including cost-benefit analyses, ROI calculations, and risk assessments.
5. Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed.
6. Project Coordination: Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and issue resolution.
7. Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
8. Implementation and Deployment: Support the implementation and deployment of solutions, including training, documentation, and post-implementation review.
