GeoHarbour Saudi Arabia is expanding its footprint across the Kingdom and is seeking a highly experienced HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function and support the company’s organizational and operational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage all HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and HR operations).
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition for projects and departments.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes (contracts, leave, promotions, and terminations).
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle employee relations issues and promote a positive work environment.
- Develop training and development programs and improve employee performance.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and relevant regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and key performance indicators (HR KPIs).
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources.
- At least 5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong leadership skills in managing HR teams.
- Good knowledge of Saudi labor law and regulations.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Good knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in project-based or operational companies is preferred.
Pay: ﷼15,000.00 – ﷼18,000.00 per month
