Requirements:
- 10–15 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and Qatar Labour Law.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Must be locally available in Qatar.
- Preference will be given to candidates who can read and write Arabic.
