Key Responsibilities , Accountabilities and Activities
- Lead talent acquisition and recruiting efforts.
- Develop and implement Saudization strategies.
- Conduct performance management and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare and present reports on HR metrics and recommendations.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and employee relations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree is a plus.
- 10+ years in HR, with at least 6 years in a managerial role.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruiting.
- Familiarity with Saudization policies and practices.
