Restaurant in Al Ain is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Waitress
We are looking for a professional, experienced, and friendly waitress to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working as a waitress in a restaurant, café, or hotel in Abu Dhabi. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Greet and seat customers in a warm and friendly manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Ensure that all customer orders are delivered promptly and correctly.
Provide recommendations and answer customer inquiries about the menu.
Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Process payments and provide correct change or receipts.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Assist with setting up and cleaning the dining area before and after service.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of waitressing experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
Knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not required.
