Job Summary:
Bytes Technology Group is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. You will oversee all HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance with UAE labor laws to support our business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle to hire top talent.
- Onboard new employees and manage performance evaluation.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and team-building activities.
- Ensure company policies align with updated UAE Labor Laws.
- Maintain employee records, visa processing support, and payroll inputs.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of HR experience in Dubai / UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and visa procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
