Job Title: HR Manager – Fashion Industry-Age above than 35 years old-Speaks english and Arabic
Experience Required: 5+ years in HR management, preferably in retail or fashion
Job Summary:
Lead and manage all HR operations for a fashion-focused organization. Drive recruitment, training, and retention of creative and retail talent while ensuring compliance and supporting the company’s dynamic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies tailored to the fashion/retail environment.
- Manage recruitment for creative, retail, and corporate roles.
- Oversee onboarding and training to enhance team performance and brand culture.
- Handle employee relations, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
- Support organizational growth with workforce planning and HR analytics.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR management within fashion, retail, or creative industries.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment.
- Knowledge of payroll systems, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
- Wide Knowledge in Qatar labor law.
