We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Specialist to join our dynamic team and manage all HR-related activities for our structural steel company. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling various aspects of HR, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations. As part of our HR team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company’s operational efficiency, providing accurate and timely HR reports, and maintaining compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to employees.
Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively. Foster a positive work environment and maintain open communication channels.
Policy Development and Compliance: Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are up to date and comply with local labor laws and regulations. Provide regular training to employees on company policies.
HR Reporting: Prepare and publish accurate HR reports, including workforce analytics, turnover rates, and other metrics required by management.
Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and coordinate with external vendors to deliver effective training sessions.
Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Ensure timely and accurate administration of benefits.
Data Confidentiality and Security: Maintain strict confidentiality of all HR data. Ensure that database backups are regularly conducted and that HR data is secure from unauthorized access.
Compliance with Policies and Regulations: Adhere to all HR policies, regulations, and best practices. Ensure the company’s HR practices comply with legal requirements and industry standards.
Job Requirements:
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of work experience in HR, specifically in Dubai, with hands-on experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR regulations, procedures, and principles, including a deep knowledge of the labor laws and practices applicable in Dubai.
Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HR software and tools, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel to manage HR data, create reports, and analyze HR metrics.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure, ensuring that all HR processes and reports are accurate and error-free.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify discrepancies, trends, and issues within HR data, and proactively address any concerns.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with other departments, employees, and external vendors. Ability to present HR information in a clear and concise manner to management.
