We at Aspire Middle East are hiring an HR Manager for a leading creative events agency based in Dubai.
This HR Manager role is ideal for someone with strong experience in recruitment, employee engagement, policy development, and a passion for building a positive and high-performing work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we hire top talent that aligns with our creative and business needs.
Employee Relations & Culture: Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture, managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues effectively.
Performance Management: Implement performance evaluation systems, setting clear KPIs and career development plans for employees.
HR Policies & Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies in line with UAE labor laws, ensuring compliance and best practices.
Training & Development: Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration to ensure employee satisfaction and retention.
HR Strategy & Workforce Planning: Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives and long-term growth plans.
Employee Engagement & Well-being: Drive employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and team-building activities to maintain a motivated workforce.
HR Administration & Systems: Maintain employee records, manage HR documentation, and oversee HR software systems for efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of HR experience, ideally within the events, creative, or experiential marketing industry.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and best HR practices
Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Hands-on experience with HR software and digital HR tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
