Job Description:

An influential business group in Qatar, specializing in financial services, is seeking to hire an HR Performance Management Lead. The role involves overseeing performance reviews, optimizing frameworks, and enhancing HR technology solutions. This position is crucial for fostering a high-performance culture with a focus on technical excellence and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical expert in HR systems such as Cornerstone, HRIS, and other talent management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and manage the full performance management cycle, including goal-setting, reviews, calibration, and feedback processes.

Administer and improve performance processes using talent management software.

Partner with HR and business leaders to align performance initiatives with organizational goals.

Provide system training and support to end-users across departments.

Generate and analyze reports to identify trends, monitor KPIs, and recommend improvements.

Key Requirements:

5+ years of experience in performance management or talent systems within a corporate environment.

Advanced knowledge of Cornerstone OnDemand, especially the Performance module.

Strong understanding of HRIS platforms and HR tech infrastructure.

Technical skills to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize HR systems.

Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or Business; certifications in HR technology are a plus.
